pretty good turn out at the Tāmaki Makaurau march. Heard some speeches, walked down Queen St / Te Wai Horotiu, shouted some responses. They said there were 20,000 which is about 1.3% of the city. Broad array of flags and causes: indigenous rights, climate change, dolphins, frogs, (no) seabed mining, (no) gold mining on conservation land, and just general rejection of the govt ("Fast Track The Next Election" said one sign, lol).
Will have no effect on govt but we know we're not alone.
