Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, received a reception at his palace last night, attended by Sheikh Rashid bin Saud Al Mu'alla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain. The reception was to congratulate him on the holy month of Ramadan.
