No, I wouldn't campain in favour of additives shown in reputable studies to cause harm to their consumers.
I don't understand the scare regarding seed oils, most food oils come from seeds anyway (linseed, rapeseed, sunflower seed, and of course the olive seed). Just make sure to look for unrefined/extra virgin/single origin/cold pressed alternatives.
