Many people talk about separating Church and State, however the real play is separating School and State.

The Church is a corporation, so it is irrelevant. Your faith is between you and the Creator.

If it were up to me, school work would consist of:

- learning to read and write
- learning algebra
- learning English if it's not your mother tongue
- learning logic, logical fallacies, psychology, debates, following money and incentives in a system (basically spamming logical analyses)

If you teach your kids logic, you teach them how to fish and set them up for success.

If you teach your kids to remember irrelevant "facts" and obey authority, you set them up for slavery.

Obviously, the system relies on the vast majority of people being slaves and there being very few thinkers, so the inverse collapses it.
