I Can recommend something so easy you might not believe it

Breakfast: 4-6 whole eggs, 1/2 avocado & occasionally bacon if you want and 2 oz raw liver & raw bone marrow. If you’re a coffee drinker that’s good, sugar in the raw or all natural unfiltered honey/maple syrup as a sweetener if needed.

Lunch: ground beef 85% lean 15% ratio

Dinner: steak. Any size you need to fill you up. Only steak, no sides unless you’re eating more raw liver or bone marrow. You can do steak and eggs also

Beverages: only water or green tea. No alcohol.

Follow this strictly for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks you can occasionally drink alcohol on weekends and 1-3 cheat MEALS per month. Not cheat days, cheat meals.
