I think it's a reasonable generalisation to say that the only thing world leaders are leading on is the destruction of this life capsule we all live in.
We're all in the boat going "please stop employing people to drill holes in the boat" and they're going "we have a committee looking at the possibility of having fewer people drilling holes in the boat"
