Through some sheer good luck, I managed to be able to compare/contrast one change re: linking to libraries who don't pay for Web Visibility https://www.oclc.org/en/web-visibility/web-visibility-subscriptions.html
Spoiler: it's gotten worse for FirstSearch subscribers and I'm hot mad that it didn't get better for everyone else instead.
