Trump has done this literally dozens of times. He's been on multi-minute rambles where he's completely merged two people's actions. In amongst other hallucinations. Not a slip of the tongue, but as a complete delusion.
Is Biden fit? It is questionable. But he's many times better than the only Republican candidate.
