You can flash TollGate OS onto an GL.iNet mt3000, mt6000 or ar300 router using the instructions + downloads on this page:

We also release it as a package (called TollGate Basic) for compatibility with more architectures, though that requires some extra config. I don't have docs for that (yet) but we're working on getting a new release out today!
