i have slightly better luck but yeah library syncing has gotten bad.
i did realize that part of it is that kobo doesn’t actually borrow the library ebook, they just give you temporary access to the book you borrowed from the kobo catalog. so if kobo doesn’t sell it or sells a different edition than what your library has, it won’t sync. and won’t give an error or any other indication something went wrong, just mysteriously won’t sync.
