"content": "The long, thin Drumstick from India is one of my favourite vegetables, and I grab fresh ones whenever I seem. I blanch them well then store in the freezer until the need for a dish arises.\n\nYou might have seen them in some ethnic groceries. Both my Asian and Indian ones have them periodically. You cut them into lengths before cooking them. The outer skin of the pod is not edible, so you scrape the inner very delicious pulp with your teeth and discard the outer shell.\n\n#Food #IndianFood #Vegetarian #FromTheKitchen #FromTheArchives\nhttps://o.mastodon.au/media_attachments/files/112/953/075/827/853/599/original/fbd6c1578969af98.jpg\n",
