I just follow as many people who appear to be human and follow me and have interacted with my notes. I've made connections with a couple of these people outside nostr. Additionally follow my interests in art and photography. I think my feed has gotten better the more people I follow. I mute bots and people just posting inflammatory shit just because they're able to here. Welcome to nostr
