I have been reading books/articles and watching videos on national vs citizen, private vs public etc. Not one time have I heard the definition of surname. This “system” was well planned. Even when you know how to respond to jurisdictional questions or any other question that binds you… there is another trick to put you right back into maritime admiralty law.
This is an eye opener.
