10-15min deff aint long enough to be useful for scheduling notes. Lol. I've got something built where notes are stored locally. But, this leads to notes not posting if the page is closed. I was able to leave the page open and post a note 6hrs later while I was sleeping though.
Could probably set up a Linux server to handle holding note data and pushing it to relays but, I think a nip for all relays to just handle scheduled notes is much cleaner and better for the community long term.
I think relays would just ignore the created at date, for the set schedule date.
My main concerns are storage, spam, security.
