Germany the migrant dumping grounds for the "allies" after invading the Middle East, using translators, soliders and making promises that if they helped them, they would get a green card or be evacuated. So Afghans helped them fight the taliban.
And when the "allies" retreated, they abandoned an entire population to the Taliban, who most likely killed many of the translators and local guides because they helped the USA, UK or the NATO allies.
Germany not only has a major US bases, but is housing so many migrants and still the number one economy in Europe - should tell you something about the German people more than anything else.
