Patriarchy is a male game. It is just men designing power games for men to compete into.
Enterprises, most institutions, corporations, military raids, sports.
They need a structure that men can simply be drawn into because it touches all the right buttons of our male brains. Dopamines, endorphines, adrenaline, testosterone, you name it.
Asking the patriarchy to change and adapt to include an egalitarian quota of women will make the thing switch into another thing. Probably less power dynamic driven and less competitive in its grinding gears.
