Are Presidents now subject to ICC jurisdiction for war crimes committed in member nations since the SCOTUS found immunity for all official acts? The ICC is a court of last resort and does not act when there is a judicial process within the country to hold a leader accountable. But with absolute criminal immunity for official acts, is the President now subject to ICC jurisdiction?

I’m not messing around here. Because this could have huge impacts on US foreign policy if true. An ICC arrest warranted President won’t be able to go to much of the world.
