The tidal explanation makes a lot of sense to me too, esp since we know it's a phenomenon that actually occurs.
There are these secret UFO base stories where at least one gov contractor whistleblower states that he saw a large boulder hovering when he walked past, and then it was gone the next time he walked by.
Why would someone use advanced tech to move big stones. I almost want to believe the story because it makes no sense!
