All I want to say is 'Echo' is an authentic feeling amputee-forward story, mixed with some great indigenous storytelling.
The normal realities, fears / challenges of amputees, Native Americans and deaf persons are all skillfully woven into the narrative.
I love the long, emotional signing scenes, the 'oh crap' feeling when your prosthetic goes out of configuration – Awesomesauce!
