I sold some earlier this year for the same reason. I now live in a wonderful house and my family is happier than ever, plenty of space for my kid to run around the yard and the BBQ sealed the deal for me. There's an opportunity cost to everything but this is totally worth it, congrats on your new house and keep stacking!
