Those specs will kill it for your use-case, and leave you some extra room for another small virtual server if you wanted to. plex will run fine with a single proc, give it two and you'll never hear from it, 2 - 4 gb of ram. Torrent server I'd go about the same, which would leave you about half of those specs left over.",
