Really though this would have been an unfair comparison to SARS, which "only" killed about 700 people worldwide. Weird how people were scared of it for years afterwards. Then SARS2 killed well over a million people in this country and nobody gives a fuck. My takeaway? I guess the media is more powerful than I thought.
