I know a lot of people are fine with the current vibe here - but nostr can help so many people in the world thrive in a broader digital economy. Why WOULDN’T we want to include them?
Nostr is for everyone, so let’s be welcoming and inclusive to everyone even if they aren’t hardcore idealists. Most people are not like that.

This is so important to keep in mind. even if you like the current vibe, the network HAS to grow in order to be sustainable long term. You can always build a sub-community on a relay you control if you want a specific vibe.
But don’t be a lame ass that tries to gatekeep an open protocol.
