regarding the email style subscriptions:
why don’t we just add a subscription tag (e.g “s” tag).
For example, Nostreport can add some unique s tag for all the "Nostr Tech Weekly" notes. Clients can offer users to subscribe to this subscription (which includes all the notes with the Nostreport pubkey and the "Nostr Tech Weekly" s tag).
Then, clients can also create a different screen in the app for all of the user subscriptions.
