I have. And I looked into the mother cults, the Sumerian flood myths, etc, etc, etc. Not the same stories. Advice - actually read the whole bible for yourself. Stop watching the history channel, etc.
Something similar is not the same. Stools and chocolate are both brown. One is just crap and the other is quite sweet and has mental and physical benefits. Not the same at all - outside their superficial appearance.
