Urgent unplanned-for renovations due to a leaking bathroom start tomorrow. The need to shuffle things around and effectively empty 2 rooms while maintaining the same level of nonsense clutter we already own has been distressing to say the least.
Having to weave my way through piles and piles of things upon things using goat tracks and desire paths inside my own house is proving to be a significant challenge. I look and feel like I’m inside an episode of Hoarders and I’m not really coping.
“This too shall pass” has become my “Serenity now”.
