The US "Green Party" is transparently a scam operation funded by the Russian government designed to peel off votes from conventional Democrats.
As a Colorado voter, it will be interesting to see what happens when 131 passes, as looks likely. In other states with RCV, it hasn't so far led to any third party candidate being elected to Congress, but has generally benefited the most centerist candidate.
