What happened in Jackson County today was disgusting. The feds were there btw, not inside the Courtroom but we saw their blacked out SUVs.
AUSA Clark got up and lied out of his ass. He claims that there is no need for an evidentiary hearing to determine why these men were moved to federal BOP facilities across the country on the eve of their appeals. They couldn't participate in their own appeals for the past 10 months. That time is gone and they can't get it back.
The state argues it doesn't matter they interfered in the appeals for a year because now they brought them back to Michigan. So we don't need to investigate who moved them, on who's orders and why.
Clark had the unmitigated gall to suggest the guys were moved for their own safety and not for political reasons. This is BS.
