I hauled my sickly ass out of bed to take my son for his first ParkRun at Newbury this morning. He did really well with only a few very short walks. Time around 36:30. My slowest ParkRun by a long way, but definitely my son’s personal best 👌🏻 Chilly run though #running #trailrunning
