Apparently it's #LongCovidAwarenessDay.
I got lucky. It's "only" been 4 months since I got ill, and I'm now able to mostly live my normal life.
That is, as long as I sleep loads extra, and make sure not to do anything energetic, and stop aspiring to ever breathe normally again I guess 🤷♀️
Some people are infected through no fault of their own but in this case, it's entirely on me for letting peer pressure get to me and going out for a meal.
Don't be like me, it is so not worth it.
