I nailed the timing for the stirfry rice being done at the time the chicken was to be pulled out of the oven....
Checked the temp of the chicken.. Why is it at only 140°? Oh, because I set the oven to 275°!
Now my fried rice is sitting on a burner on low why my chicken finishes cooking.
