Running a Bitcoin full node opened my eyes to many things, did you know that :
The maximum size of a block is 1MB and how many transactions fit in that block isn't static but can in fact vary depending on the size of transactions inside the block, and the size of the transactions is measured in KB not the numerical value associated with the transaction. How many KB is one transaction is dependant on number of inputs and outputs so multisig transaction has more KB than a standard one.
