Yeah, usually I go cold turkey with things I wanna quit. Tobacco is a bit difficult atm, cause I'm a lot at home lately and don't really hang around with people in my area.
When I'm with my buddy who got me into Bitcoin I do smoke less, because we're focussed more on spending time together.
