The ETFs are devouring Bitcoin but they're doing it at OTC desks and not in the broader market, right? How many coins are bought/sold behind closed doors/privately, that dont effect the exchange price? Eventually these companies/banks/govts will have to come to the open market for coins once those desks are drained, but apparently that hasn't really been the case thus far.
