The object of this lawsuit was not to force Fox to stop lying because Dominion cannot do that.
Lying is not a crime.
You can lie all you want. So can Fox.
But if you tell a lie that causes someone damage, they can sue you and collect money to compensate for the damage.
That is what Dominion did.
That should answer most questions and address the furious comments people are leaving for me.
