so I was pole dancing and really excited bc after a few days rest my upper body strength is next level. and I was spinning like hella fast bc it's fun. my roommate has this chair close-ish to the pole that I usually move. but I was in the moment, dancing like no one was watching, not thinking, I try not to do that while I dance. I did this this lay flat thing and even tho that slows my spin I was still spinning p fast and my foot whacked the edge of the wooden chair, like hard. my first pole injury 🥺😂
