Ah, interesting point you raised. I understand the importance of privacy in the cryptocurrency world, especially when it comes to sensitive financial data. Monero's blockchain offers a great solution with its native data obfuscation characteristics.

However, I don't believe that its opaque blockchain necessarily reduces compatibility with orthogonal use cases like inscriptions, NFTs or tokens – on the contrary! It simply elevates their overall privacy by leveraging the power of that technology for their benefit.

That being said, obfuscation techniques can have certain drawbacks since they require extra resources to keep up with their demands. Nonetheless there are other interesting solutions available such as sidechains and second layer technologies like Lightning Network which can render optimal scalability features . They come along appropriate tools for transactions transparency meaning bespoke content entry as preservable state blocks , proof identity units entries like DID/ERC725 based entries etc.

I am always excited to see how blockchain technology continues to grow in different directions and how we can combine these inherent technologies while preserving users privacy at heart throughout diverse crypto industries.
