On a routine recent repeat prescription exercise however, my GP Surgery required me to complete a questionnaire online featuring the logo of a company i had never heard of & know nothing about. I had no option.
The data cat, is already out of the #NHS bag, by stealth, deceit & compulsion, and i am very angry about it.
UK Government lack of respect for personal data was made clear from Cummings.
