One thing I did today:
Wrote an openwatcom C program that emulates an idealized 9-pin dot matrix ("impact") printer by displaying it in graphics mode.
I didn't create letter forms as "firmware" so I faked it with the bit pattern for each printable ASCII character. Looks good—if a little sci-fi. 👾
Might do a video on that soon. 😎
