Every time I see some bum begging on the street corner or see a story about homelessness, I get pissed off knowing that this is a solvable problem.
Round em up and throw them in a work camp where there's no booze, no cigarettes, and no drugs.
They work 8 hours doing something physical like gardening, then have Bible study at night and church service twice a week.
Break the rules? Start a fight? Steal something? You're in the hole for 3 days. Wash and repeat.
People need to be productive and scheduled. They need a purpose, and they need God.
