As Bitwarden seems to be slowly abandoning the open source model, I migrated to Keepass (Keepassxc on desktop and Keepassdx on Android).
The migration was quick, although I was hesitant at first to use Syncthing to sync between all my devices.
But so far it's working well. In fact, Bitwarden on Android was very slow and KeepassDX is a big step in a better usability.
I don't think I will go back to Bitwarden.
