Happy Friday all!! I've been on an insane travel schedule and will continue to be over the next few weeks. However, I still want to post my wins her, and I know I have been slacking on posting. So just going to be writing for now instead of video or other mediums - using this as a public journal of sorts.
Got a solid workout in today. Every time I'm back in New York, I hit body weights and kettlebells. Reminds me that even though we have so much access to fitness centers and equipment, we still have a tendency to make excuses and not go. When you work with bare minimum equipment, you really get back to primal roots. Plus, you can really get a sweat on, especially if you do higher numbers.
In today's disposable day and age, many of us fall prey to Gear Acquisition Syndrome, or GAS (yes yes I know lol). Basically, you want to do something and rack up all the best gear needed to do that task. Only to have your motivation diminished within three days of starting the activity and the gear just sits there, collecting dust and unable to be sold for the amount of money you wasted on it.
I personally would rather achieve my goal with as few resources expended as possible. But that's just me.
Anyways, I hope you guys are having a solid day! Let's get after it today. šŖš½
