Each server we have for ns1.grapheneos.org needs to connect to the Rage4 network with ZeroTier using a region code for the Rage4 location we want to use with the server. This is used to announce our IPs to Rage4 via BGP, which we're doing with bird. Rage4 does dynamic routing from their 21 locations through their network to our servers hooked up to their nodes. They use ZeroTier for routing between their nodes and our servers.
