Google maintains the pub.dev main Dart package registry.
Over the past few weeks its API has been intemittently failing.
This means any "pub get" command also fails, which is a bottleneck in any workflow.
I am focused on end-user app/package marketplaces but language-specific package managers also are ripe to be nostrified.
