Ooh, yay: Syncthingy from Flathub works out-of-the-box. That's good, I was going to be very annoyed at this whole shebang. Just need to remember the right Syncthing regex to ignore all of MacOS's temporarily files that will otherwise be synced. "**/._**" or something, right?
