It was great.
I still have etched into my mind some of the summers in the 1990s it was so dry.
I remember the local weather people pretty much telling us that this was our new normal.
Then we had the hurricane in 1996 and one again in 1999. All the reservoirs were filled.
Those really dry years are tough.
