Making a choice inherently involves abandoning other things.
Neither renting or owning can be the better option across the board, it varies from case to case.
The same way single sig vs multi sig: the better option is based on individual threat model.
Insane that people still chain themselves to overpriced houses with 30-year mortgages at 4%+ interest instead of stacking wildly undervalued #Bitcoin, and renting a sweet place wherever they want.
