Russia 🇷🇺 and China 🇨🇳were never barred access of the Red Sea by the Houthis, who cited that these govts were not involved in Israel’s 🇮🇱 genocidal campaign of Palestinians in Gaza.
Now France, Spain and Italy have withdrawn from the US-led naval alliance meant to “protect” freedom of navigation in the Red Sea.
The US had already admitted to lacking the number of warships to adequately combat the Houthis’ capabilities.
