Ten seconds into touching it for the first time my right hand said "yes, this is the one, I've never been so comfortable in my life". It's a bit heavy but the angle is adjustable all the way up to nearly vertical and the thumbrest is on a ball joint. I also have a #3DConnexion #CADMouse in the office, it has a less dramatic tilt but is much lighter in weight.
