well, as said, these are end user prices. When I buy as many as 32 cells, the price goes down to 75€, including 19%VAT.
When you're buying a the volume discussed here, I guess you can get below 50€ per kWh, getting you to roughly 1.1-1.3ct per kWh.
I agree, it's not totally negligible (I was off by an order of magnitude first), but it might still be an option
